A full store credit (less shipping and handling fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition within 7 days. OUR SHIPPING METHODS 
After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped within 24 hours based on the shipping method chosen by the customer at the time of checkout. 

We're proud to offer USPS shipping on every order within the US. Shipping charges are based on your zip code at the time of check out when you place your order. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes since all USPS shipments require a signature on delivery. 

We also offer overnight deliver via FEDEX. 
- FedEx shippments are based on the service selected and your zipcode.

Please note that all out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 8.03125% sales tax. 

PAYMENT METHODS 
We accept all major credit cards, which typically process within 24 hours of order placement. Prices and available inventory are subject to change until an order is confirmed. 

IN STOCK 
Our goal is to be in-stock for every item we carry, and that makes us different from almost everyone in the jewelry world. However, while we strive to have our products in-stock at all times, this is not always possible. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 
In stock items normally ship within 24 hours after an order has been placed. If you order by credit card your card will be charged as each item is shipped. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder. Once the items are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted, but you may return the goods to Charlotte Santa Fe for a credit. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to you and return shipping costs to Santa Fe. Please send all items insured back to us. 

RETURNS 
Full store credits (less shipping fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition within 7 days; otherwise a restocking fee may be charged (restocking fees will apply to special order items). We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you.
